Billy D. Smith (68) was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri to Patricia A. Smith and Billy Wilson on March 10, 1958, he was proceeded in death by both parents sisters Tina Smith-Stepeson, Nikeeta Robinson brother Leonard Johnson maternal grandparents Mary O. Smith and Arzie Smith paternal grandparents Leo Wilson Sr and Virgina Wilson aunts and uncles.
Billy was educated in the Kansas City Missouri School District. He attended W.W Yates, Woodland and Bancroft Elementary, Paseo and Manual High School. Bill was a handyman and was employed by Jimmy John’s. Bill loved to dance, but two-Stepping was his thing he was known as the two-stepping king. Bill loved his family and friends he gave nicknames to everyone he knew.
He leaves to cherish in his memory, son Billy Conaway, aunt Alvanora Smith, brothers: William Johnson, O’Bon Robinson, Malik Robinson (Lisa), Eththereol Robinson, sisters: Yvette Hamilton (Harvey), Uneeda Roberson (Darren), Nika Robinson, Virginia Robinson Aminah Robinson Grandchildren Billie Conaway, Billy Conaway Jr. Jovon Conaway and Alexandria Conaway host of nieces, nephews and friends.
