Uncle Billy, Liz, and family, I am so sorry. Billy Joe was one of a kind that's for sure! He always had that big smile or maybe a mischievous grin. My heart breaks as I know yours does too. We lost another one way too soon. I pray the Lord help us to find peace with His plan. Sending love and hugs ahead. Will see you soon.
