Billy Volner Obituary
Those who remain to cherish his memory include his children: Kathy Cassidy (husband, Brandon), Bruce Volner (wife, Laura), Julie Hampton; grandchildren: Eric Ray (wife, Rose), Kristen Schlichting (husband, Danny), Olivia Cassidy (fiancé, Brandon), Ryan Volner (wife, Tabatha), Brock Hampton (wife, Erin), Luke Hampton (wife, Kate), Daniel Jones, Ethan Jones (wife, Brianna); great-grandchildren: Jeremiah, Alex, Colt, Emma Jean, Blaine, Amelia, Andi, Lawrence, Elizabeth, Waylon, Violet; siblings: Mike Volner (wife, Angela), Frances Cooper. Also surviving are sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to his parents, Billy Joe was preceded in death by his grandson, Andrew Volner; brothers: Edward, Howard, Elmer, Jackie, Charles, and Bobby Volner; sisters: Alberta Doss, LaVera Saunders Blair; and many dear family members.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 10, 2023, from 11:30 am until the time of his service at 1 pm, held at DeClue Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Redbud Memorial Gardens in Potosi.
