I was saddened to hear of Billy's passing. I met him when he was around 17yrs old through his mom Jenny
What a wonderful person he was. I even had the blessing of Billy working on our homes plumbing issues. He was kind, respectful and made me laugh with his plumbing jokes. Rest in peace sweet angel. You will be missed. Prayers for his wife and family.
