Billy Lynn Webb, age 73 of Erin, TN, passed away Friday, July 25, 2025 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 28, 2025 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Baggett officiating. Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery.
The Webb family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Monday afternoon at the funeral home.
Billy entered this life on August 31, 1951 in Taylor, MI, son to the late Robert “Bill” Willard Webb and Shirley Jean Carter Webb. Billy was a talented carpenter who helped build homes throughout Houston County and the surrounding areas. After retirement, he became employed at the Paris Landing State Park Golf Course where he shared his joy of being on the green. He had a passion for deer hunting, turkey hunting, and playing golf; he will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years, Phyllis Webb; daughter, Carey (Jamie) Booth; siblings, Nancy Mayberry, Debbie (Clifford “Scooter” Madden, Randy (Vicki) Webb, Susie Mahoney, and Lisa (Andy) Raley. Billy also leaves behind his precious granddaughter, Alexandria Booth (Ryan) Taylor; and great-grandchild, Emersyn Leigh Taylor.
Serving as pallbearers will be Randy Myers, Steve Smith, Larry Green, Steve Hughes, Mike Robinson, and Keith Hickman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or to Shriners Hospitals for Children, Office of Development, International Shrine Headquarters, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607-1460.
