I'm sorry for your loss. May God sustain the family at this most difficult time.

This was a very good friend and I have great memories with him. He invited me to the studio as he wrote whoa. I met him in the village, he stopped me and said his name was Rob and he was signed to Bad Boy. I thought here we go, another rapper trying to make it, but he was the real deal. Humble and generous and always thought of others. He made you feel good and protected when you were around him. When he got locked up we lost contact and life went on. I thought I could catch up with him anytime and now it is too late. I knew when I saw his video tribute to DMX his days were numbered. I wish I would have reached out sooner. The shock has worn off and all I feel is pain. I hope they bring him home, back uptown so we can all mourn together. I hope my friend rest in peace and see you on the other side
