Blake Noel Bibb, 16, of Moore, Oklahoma, passed away on November 23, 2025. He was born August 21, 2009, in Ada, Oklahoma, to loving parents Michael and Shalonda Bibb.
Blake carried a deep love for the outdoors, finding his greatest joy in hunting and fishing. Each year, he looked forward to annual hunting trips shared alongside his uncle, David and Poppy-memories filled with early mornings, long trails, and hearty laughter. When he wasn't at work around the family property, you could find him riding ATVs, organizing fishing gear, or admiring classic cars. He was an avid collector, proudly owning more than 30 rods and reels in his bedroom, each one carefully chosen, cared for, and ready for the next adventure.
Blake was a young man of hard work and humble character. He devoted countless hours to the family land, mowing, weed eating, and tending to the property with a diligence far beyond his years. While high school classrooms were not his favorite, he found purpose and excitement in HVAC school, a path he genuinely looked forward to and embraced with enthusiasm. He also cherished attending veterans' events with his Papa, sharing fellowship and honoring service in ways that spoke to his generous heart.
A proud member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation, Blake valued tradition, community, and service. His heart knew no boundaries when it came to helping others-neighbors, friends, or strangers in need. He gave freely, helped without hesitation, and never looked for recognition in return. His kindness was quiet, steady, and sincere. Blake's family recalls that he wouldn't watch television unless it was wholesome, keeping his heart and mind focused on what was good and true. He was an innocent, giving soul-wise in compassion, strong in spirit, and endlessly loving.
He treasured time spent with his Grammy and Papa, Nana, and Poppy. Weekends were his sanctuary; he delighted in alternating stays between grandparents' homes, building a rhythm of love, spoiling, and connection that defined his childhood and shaped his heart. Blake also loved food that brought people together-fajitas, Chinese food, and especially breakfast burritos from MacDonald's-always insisting it was MacDonald's, never McDonald's-a detail that made his family smile every morning he mentioned them.
Above all, Blake was simply a great kid-one who loved with sincerity, helped with integrity, and left a legacy of goodness, family devotion, and honest work. Those who knew him will remember a young man who carried innocence like a gift to the world, and whose presence made life warmer for everyone he met.
Blake is survived by his loving parents, Michael and Shalonda Bibb; grandparents, Reba and David Kyser and Deborah and James Bibb; uncle, David (Jenny) Kyser II and their daughter, Anna and niece, Abby; aunt, Candy (Andrew) Chandler, and their sons, Simon and Isaac; uncle, Jeff (Melisa) Bibb and their daughter, Taylor; along with additional extended family members and friends.
