Blakley Addalynn Spradley infant daughter of Brett and Brooke Spradley passed away Monday November 10, 2025 at Emory Hospital in Atlanta.
She was preceded in death by her paternal great grandfather, Ira Westberry, and an uncle, Justin Spradley.
Survivors include her parents, Brett and Brooke Spradley of Homerville; two sisters, Bailey and Bexley Spradley; Paternal grandparents, Tony and Cathy Spradley of Homerville; Maternal grandparents, Melissa and Paul Jorgensen of Waycross; Paternal great-grandparents, Buddy and Nell Spradley of Homerville and Jackie Walker of Homerville; maternal great-grandparents, Ronnie and Emma Taylor of Waycross; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held Saturday morning, November 15, 2025, at 11 am at Breaking Chains Ministries in Millwood. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home.
