Blanca Gloria Wiener

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Blanca Wiener, beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend. Blanca passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025, at the age of 79.

She was born on June 10, 1946, in San Sebastián, Puerto Rico, to the late Virgilio Rosario and Juana Perez. Blanca was a loving wife to her husband, Leonard Wiener, and a devoted mother to Antonio Sanchez and Marcelo Rivera. She was predeceased by her daughter, Wanda Sanchez. Blanca was also the proud grandmother of Ricky and Ryan Gatyas, Kyle and Tatyana Sanchez, Elijah and Faith Rivera, and a cherished great-grandmother to Jayden, Elias and Ivan Gatyas. Her family and friends will forever remember her for her kindness, warmth, and the love she shared with everyone around her. Blanca was the cherished sister of Manuel Rosario, Angel Rosario, and the late Virgilio Rosario, Maximino Rosario, Carmen Rosario, Angelica Rosario, Antonio Rosario, Dionisio Rosario, Pedro Rosario and Guillermo Rosario. She was also a loving aunt to many.

Blanca’s legacy is one of deep love, kindness, and unwavering care for her family and friends. She will be remembered for her generosity, her ability to make everyone feel at home, and her constant support for those in need. The family invites all who knew Blanca to celebrate her life.
