Blanche Kulbacki Stevwing Obituary
She leaves behind four daughters, 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Her husband Norbert "Butch" and daughter Susan Kulbacki Tatangelo have greeted her in heaven.
Dolly attended Millvale High School and played the French horn in the band. She enjoyed reading and worked at the local library, serving on the board to promote its growth. Dolly also played a pivotal role in Richland Electric Co. which her and Butch started together. Butch and Dolly traveled the world and eventually traveled to most if not all 50 states via RV. Mom enjoyed sharing stories of their travels and passed along many great memories.
She was proud of all of her children and grandchildren and will be missed.
