Mr. Breland, 68, passed away Friday, November 7, 2025, at his home in Neshoba County where he lived most of his life. He was the owner of The Finishing Touch in Philadelphia, MS for 30 years, and he was a member of Coldwater Baptist Church.
Mr. Breland is preceded in death by his parents, O.C. and Ivon Lashley Breland; brother, Joe Breland.
Survivors include his wife, JoAnn Breland; daughter, Emily Walker (Jonathan); son, Michael Davis (Sonya); (4) grandchildren, Molly and Hagen Davis, Breland and Ellison Walker; sister-in-law, Jennifer Breland; (1) niece and (2) nephews.
Pallbearers are Brian Lillis, Lane Taylor, Sammy Pike, Chris Jones, Stan Stewart, Allen White, David Winstead, Jay Jayroe.
Honorary pallbearers are Steve Barnett, Bob White, James Frank Chaney, Buck Stovall, Jeff Stewart, Dr. Randy Nance, Tim Breland.
