Bobbie Ann Eller, age 92, of Orange Park, Florida passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023 at her home with her family by her side. She was born and raised in Concord, N.C., where she graduated from Concord High School. After graduation she moved to New York to help care for her aunt's children for two years. She then moved to Washington D.C. by herself and met her husband, Charles on October 1, 1955 and the couple fell in love immediately. They married on February 18, 1956 and they raised their family in College Park, Maryland. Bobbie started her career for the telephone company, C&P Telephone (now known as Verizon) as an operator and worked her way up to supervisor. She was a dedicated employee to the company for 32 years before retiring. In 2015 she relocated to Florida with her daughter and her family. Bobbie enjoyed travelling with her husband, quilting and needlepoint. But more than anything she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Elaine Lowder (Wayne); son, William Joseph "Joe" Eller (Laura); grandchildren, Robert Charles McDaniel, Duncan Scott Lowder and Darby Nicole Lowder; great granddaughter, Brielle and several nieces and one nephew. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Eller; daughter, Donna Kemp and her parents, Archie and Ramelle Shinn.
