Bobby Coffey, 77, went to be with the Lord at his home on Monday, January 26, 2026. He accepted Jesus Christ as his savior in 1992.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Vada Carpenter Coffey; son, Bobby D. Coffey; grandson, Logan Coffey; and

sisters, Geneva Dalton, Ruby Atkins, and Betty Atkins.

Bobby is survived by his wife of 57 years, Linda Coffey; son, Jeff (Kristy) Coffey; sisters, Iva Russell and Irene (Will) Helton; brothers, Jay (Cathy) Coffey and Enos (Crystal) Coffey; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 PM, on Thursday, January 29, 2026, in the West Chapel of Allen Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 PM, with Rev. Perry Booker officiating. Interment will be held at 11 AM, on Friday, January 30, 2026, in Bean Station Cemetery.

Allen Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Linda and Jeff I am so sorry to hear of Bobby's passing. He is with our Lord now and not suffering anymore. May our Lord and Savior give you Peace that passes all understanding, knowing Bobby's is at rest.

So very sorry for the lost of Bobby to his wife and family. He has suffered and now he is at peace with our Lord and Savior. Praying for peace for his family in the days ahead. May our Lord wrap His arms tightly around them for Peace that passes all understanding.
