Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death and funeral services of Mr. Bobby Warren Faglier, Sr., age 90, of Bryant Drive in Louisville, who died Wednesday morning, February 12, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family.
Funeral services to celebrate his life will be held 2:00pm Saturday, February 15, in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home, Louisville with Rev. Randy Walden officiating. Graveside services will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday in the Hillcrest Memorial Park in Augusta with military honors. Serving as pallbearers will be Jimmy Miller, Bill Mims, Jamie Herrin, Tracy Faglier, Chad McDowell, & David Gunn. The Faglier family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
A native of Avera, Mr. Bobby, was a son of the late Edward C. Faglier & Emma Jean Thigpen Faglier. He was a graduate of Midville High School and was a U. S. Army Veteran. He worked for Kimberly-Clark as a material handler for 28 years and for Jefferson Transit for many years before he retired. He was a member of the Central Baptist Church for 25 years and a member of the Louisville Men's Bible Study.
Mr. Faglier, was preceded in death by his parents, beloved wife Barbara Grace Faglier, granddaughter, Mary Grace Faglier, sisters, Betty Mathis, Linda Manning, and Anne Manning, brothers, JM Faglier and Earl Faglier and is survived by sons, Bobby W. Faglier, Jr. (Michelle) of Carbondale, IL and Michael S. Faglier (Melissa) of Louisville, grandchildren, Lily N. Faglier of Carbondale, IL and Ryan H. Faglier of Louisville, sister, Faye Miller of Jesup, brother, Edward Faglier of Carrolton, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and to honor Mr. Bobby's faith in the Lord family has ask the donations be made in his memory to Central Baptist Church, 5195 Highway 1 South, Wadley, GA 30477.
