Bobby Jackson Obituary
July 26, 1951 – September 17, 2025
On July 26, 1951, a handsome baby boy was born to Della Ackles (Crockett) and Lee Jackson in Carlisle, Arkansas. Bobby was the second of eight children born to Della, growing up surrounded by a large and loving family.
Bobby rededicated his life to Christ during his courageous battle with cancer at Baptist Hospital in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Known for his strong work ethic, Bobby found joy in farming and took great pride in being the family's go-to mechanic-always ready to lend a helping hand to his nieces, nephews, and anyone in need. His warm, genuine spirit touched many lives, and his love for family was unwavering. With a sense of humor that could light up a room, Bobby often joked that he was "built for comfort, not speed."
He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Jackson; his son, Bobby Pearson; and his sisters, Maedell Trice and Sarah Holt.
Bobby leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He is survived by his beloved wife, Janice Jackson of California, and four children: Mac Anthony Jackson of Nevada, Lusundra Jackson of California, Chantel Pearson (L. Miller) of California, and Nick Williams of Missouri. He was a proud grandfather of 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by his devoted mother, Della Ackles; siblings: Ester Edwards, James Ackles, and Troy Ackles of Missouri; Roy Caldwell (Cynthia) of Detroit, Michigan; Helen Jones (Keith) of Stuttgart, Arkansas; and Lee Jackson. Bobby will also be lovingly remembered by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loves him.
