Bobby Ray Parker

I think Bobby was a black cat. Every time he and I went to the race track, I lost. And I remember like it was yesterday, the first time he MeAnn with him. i think she was 9 years old. What a wonderful guy. It was always fun seeing him and spending time with him. MeAnn, I loved your dad.

I am so sorry. I have known Bobby a long time and he was always a good laugh. He would come to Maryland and we would go to the racetrack. I remember like it was yesterday the last time we went and he brought MeAnn with him and she was about 7 years old. MeAnn, I will miss your dad. He was a kind and generous person, and a lot of fun.
