Bobby Thomas Obituary
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Calvary Baptist Church, 1412 Holbert Street, Greenville, NC 27834. A private burial will be in Snow Hill Cemetery.
Reverend Thomas was a pastor of Calvary Baptist Church for 41 years. He loved his church family, and his church family loved him. He was a veteran in the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty T. Thomas of 69 years; a son, Dennis Ray Thomas; and two brothers, Alton and Roy Thomas.
He is survived by: one grandson, Bobby Darrell Thomas of Greenville, NC; two great-grandchildren, Kai Thomas and Gage Thomas, both of VA; a sister, Ann T. Goodwin of Wilmington, NC; a brother, Clifton Thomas and wife, Peggy, of Raleigh, NC; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 1412 Holbert Street, Greenville, NC 27834.
