Bobby was born and raised in Canton, Mississippi. He attended school at Canton High School. He was a "Jack of all Trades", working at many different jobs. He and his wife, Ollie, bought and sold items at flea markets and they had a store before retirement.
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, David A. Williams and Ethel E. Turner Williams. He was also preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters, several brother-in-law's and sister-in-law's and nephews and two nieces.
He is survived by three sister-in-law's and nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great, great nieces and nephews.
