BobJane "Bobbi" Dreiling

BobJane "Bobbi" Dreiling, loving wife and mother, left this world but not our hearts on October 16, 2024. Bobbi, or also known as BJ, was born October 22, 1946, in Topeka, Kansas and was the only child of Robert and Marjorie Barrows.
Bobbi attended Fort Hays State University (FHSU) where she was an active member of the Tri Sigma sorority and co-chaired the Republican Party for Ellis County. While at FHSU Bobbi met the love of her life, Richard Lee Dreiling, and the two were married on August 5, 1967.
The two moved to Wichita and raised three incredible children and eight grandchildren which provided her with another nickname, Bobba. Her stewardess as a mother was one of dedication and faith ensuring that her devout Catholic faith was passed on and instilled into her children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert "Red" Marvin Barrows and Marjorie "Skip" Barrows (McLeod). She is survived by her husband, Richard Dreiling; and children, Juliette Anne Zumwalt (Jon) of Houston, Texas, Robert Dominic "RD" Dreiling (Sheena) of Valley Center, Kansas, and Nickolas Lee Dreiling (Hannah) of Wichita, Kansas. Her beautiful grandchildren, Baleigh, Laila, Dominic, Joshua, Norah, Olivia, Maximilian, and Parker.
A rosary for the repose of her soul will occur on Monday, October 21 at 5:30 PM at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Her mass of Christian burial and 80th birthday celebration will take place at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 22 also at St. Thomas.
