Bonita Hoover Obituary
Bonita "Bonnie" Louise Hoover, 96, of Bridgman passed away on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025, at Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital, St. Joseph.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, at Harbert Community Church, 6444 Harbert Road, Sawyer with the Rev. Jay Fast officiating. Friends will meet together from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the church, prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to Harbert Community Church. Bonnie was born on May 18, 1929 in Delong, Ind., the daughter of the late Paul and Thelma (Leopold) Hoover. She was a member of Harbert Community Church and was very involved with missions. Bonnie was also a buyer for the Villager in New Buffalo.
Survivors include her dear friend, Jeanne Tibbles; brother, Harry (Theresa) Hoover; and sister, Pauline Hoover.
Arrangements are entrusted to Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, The Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman.
