Bonnie L. Bozich

Bonnie L. Bozich, age 88 of Corning, New York passed away on Monday, November 25, 2024 at home with her family by her side. She was born on April 30, 1936 in Corning, New York to Alfred and Genevieve Potter. She married Richard Bozich on July 20, 1957.
Bonnie enjoyed being a part of the majorettes in high school, and in her later years, she became an avid bowler. Richard and Bonnie cherished the time they spent together, especially playing Bingo. You could always count on her support for the NY Mets or to be watching The Andy Griffith Show. Bonnie preferred the comfort of home but always looked forward to times spent with family. Her family will forever smile when they think of her, affectionately referring to her as 'Yoda,' a fun family inside joke.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Richard of Corning; children: Sherilyn Vang of Painted Post; four grandchildren: Ryan Bozich of Corning, Matthew Vang of Corning, Jennifer Vang of Bath, Ashley (Matt Smith) Pischel of Corning; two great- grandchildren: Jace Smith and Markaya Smith; siblings: Connie (Frank) Fraser of Warsaw, NY, Janice (Jamie) Gerow of Corning, John Potter of Corning.
In addition to her parents, Bonnie was predeceased by infant child, Lynette Bozich.
