TROY - Bonnie Brozowski, 65, of Troy, N.Y., was called into the loving embrace of our Lord, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, with her devoted family at her side.
Born on November 23, 1960, in Albany, N.Y., she was the beloved daughter of the late Stanley and Ida Elizabeth (Jarvis) Brozowski. Bonnie lived most of her life as a resident of Watervliet and was a devout Roman Catholic, finding great solace with her church family, at St. Augustine's Church, in Lansingburgh.
A woman of faith and joy, she cherished her roles as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her hobbies included the quiet reflection in prayer and in nature while gardening and in the creation of beautiful Christmas Villages, but her true love was hosting family gatherings, fostering fellowship and creating enduring memories.
She is lovingly remembered by her surviving children, Crystal, Guy, Anna, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Meagan, Philip, and Zach. Bonnie was predeceased by her daughter, Vanessa, who was called home to God at the tender age of nine, in 1997. She was a cherished grandmother of 18 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and is also survived by several siblings, nieces, and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects to the family and share their condolences, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Simple Choices, Inc. & Riverview Funeral Home, located at 218 2nd Avenue (corner of 104th Street), Troy, N.Y. 12180. Following the wake, a formal procession will lead to St. Augustine's Church, in Lansingburgh, for a Funeral Liturgy to commence at 1:30 p.m. A repast will be held thereafter, at the Cohoes American Legion (located at: 93 Oneida Street, Cohoes, N.Y. 12047) from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
A committal service will take place in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery in Colonie, on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
