BANTAM, CT – Bonnie E. Youmatz, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at her home. She was the former wife of the late Felix Joseph Youmatz. Born June 28, 1943 in Winsted; the daughter of the late Joseph and Ruth Esther (Mallison) Ratigan. Bonnie was retired from her manufacturing positions for several years and enjoyed watching cooking shows, cooking for her son, her many flowers and plants and spending time with her family and pets. She is survived by a daughter, Julie Keddie and husband Richard of Winsted; a son, Ronald Youmatz of Bantam; a sister-in-law, Joan DiAgostino and husband Ralph of MA; cherished nieces, Christine DiAgostino of MA and Priscilla Pepler and husband Bob of Torrington; and her cat, Coco. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Eddie and Harold. Friends may call on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Montano-Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main Street, Winsted from 2 – 3 p.m. Graveside services will private in the spring at Forest View Cemetery, Winsted.
