Brothers: Travis (Kaylan) Centers, Jordan (Holly) Garnett and Corey (Liz) Terry; Grandmother: Sarah "Boots" Smith; Stepbrother: Cameron Cole Smith; Cats: Bebe, Beba, Fatty and Baxter; A Host of Loving Family & Friends
Brad is preceded in passing by his Father: Stevie Centers
Grandparents: William "Bill" Stanley Smith, Brack Centers, Mandy Centers.
The family will receive friends Tuesday September 16, 2025, from 11AM-2PM prior to the funeral services at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, KY.
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday September 16, 2025, at 2PM at the funeral home chapel with Michael Thornsberry officiating. Burial will follow at the Smith Family Pond in Carrie, KY. Brad will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Under the professional care of Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, Hindman Chapel.
