**"Brad wasn´t just our neighbor for 10 years-he was part of our lives. We will miss him more than words can say. I´ll miss seeing him outside, always taking care of his home, his yard, his bike, his truck, and especially that beloved convertible Beetle he loved so much. There was a comfort in knowing Brad was home... a feeling of safety and familiarity that can never be replaced. I´ll miss the sound of his hammer, the rumble of his toys starting up, and the little everyday moments that made him such a special part of our neighborhood.
