Brad D. Riha, 37, Two Creeks, passed away due to injuries from a car accident. He was born on April 1, 1988, to Dave and Barb (Rusch) Riha. Brad was the toughest person his friends and family knew, as he lived his life battling Cerebral Palsy. But he did not let that get him down, a graduate of Kewaunee High School, he loved sports, politics, and his dogs. He was very witty and had a great sense of humor and a big heart. He was always someone you could talk to.
Brad is survived by his parents, Dave and Barb (Rusch) Riha, Two Creeks; one brother and sister-in-law, Eric and Maria (Fameree) Riha, Norman; aunts and uncles, Bruce Riha, Norman; Catherine Riha, Tisch Mills; Edward and Janel (Walechka) Riha, Norman; Gary Riha, Kewaunee; Mark and Sheri (Swiecichowski) Riha, Wrightstown; Michael Riha, Luxemburg; Judeen Lauscher, Ashwaubenon; Steve and Karen Haag, Crivitz; Vince and Joan Cisler, De Pere; Roger and Char Wanek, Ashwaubenon; Don and Janice Wessely, Mishicot as well as by many cousins and friends and his three special dogs, Gilly, Odie, and Pete.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Carl and Verona (Wussow) Rusch; paternal grandparents, Francis and Ardyce (Schmidt) Riha; uncle, Jim Lauscher; cousins: Julie LeFevre, and Joel Lauscher
We would like to thank these services that helped Brad through his journey: Aurora BayCare, Green Bay Cerebral Palsy Center, Two Rivers Cerebal Palsy Center, Lakeland Care, Rehab Plus, County Rescue Ambulance Service, Country kids pediatric therapy clinic, and two special caregivers, Joe Ratajczak and Jeanne Rutherford. As well as all the family, friends, and community.
A visitation and memorial Service will be held at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Mishicot on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 8:30-11:00 am. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 am with Pastor Joel Stuebs officiating. Buril will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery. Lambert-Eckert Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
