BRADLEY EDWARD TYGARD

Bradley Edward Tygard, 56, passed away on December 4, 2025, in Duarte, California. He was born on October 28, 1969, in Montebello, California, and spent his life rooted in the communities he loved.

Brad grew up and lived in Diamond Bar, later residing in Chino and Pomona before making his home in Fontana, Rialto, and finally Rancho Cucamonga. No matter where he lived, Brad created lasting friendships, meaningful memories, and a sense of home for those around him.

A proud high school graduate, Brad dedicated 35 years of his life to his craft as a machinist and tool maker. He was known for his precision, strong work ethic, and the pride he took in his trade. His skill, reliability, and commitment left a lasting impression on colleagues and friends alike.

Brad is survived by his loving wife of over 29 years, Carmen Tygard, who was his partner and constant support. He will be forever missed by his children: Leyla Tygard, Loretta Tellez & John Sandoval; and his many grandchildren whom he adored: Noah Cea, Johnny Sandoval, Kaylanni Sandoval, Malanni Sandoval, Jalenn Onyegbulem, Kalenn Griffin. He is survived as well by his mother Dee Ann Tygard; his brother Timothy Tygard and his family; daughter-in-law LaShaunn Sandoval; his mother-in-law Natalia Rubio, and his brothers-in-law: Johnny Cardenas, Martin Cardenas, and Osvaldo Cardenas.

Brad was preceded in death by his father, Charles Tygard.

Brad will be remembered for his devotion to family and the love he carried for his children and grandchildren. His absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him.

Services for Brad will be held on Saturday, December 20th at the Redlands United Church of Christ. Services will begin at 11:00 AM. There is an open invitation for all friends and family to stay after services to continue sharing stories, love, and refreshments.
