Bradley "Bubba" Raymond Votaw, departed this life on September 2, 2025, at the age of 43. He was born on August 20, 1982.
Bradley's life was marked by a deep sense of loyalty and boundless capacity for kindness and a dedicated career bringing laughter and humility to all he knew.
Known for his warm, outgoing personality, Bradley "Bubba" never met a stranger and was kind to everyone he met. His heart, as big as Texas, and his simple genuine nature endeared him to all.
Proudly raised by strong women, he often expressed how this upbringing taught him to love and appreciate women. Reflecting his deepest respect and gratitude towards influential figures in his life.
Bradley spent two decades working with McGuire's Oilfield Service, a tenure that highlighted his commitment and hard work. His colleagues remember him as a steadfast, and reliable presence, always willing to lend a hand or share a laugh.
Apart from his professional life, Bradley was an enthusiastic member of the FreeWheelers MC- where he found joy and camaraderie on the open road.
Beyond his love for motorcycles, Bradley held a special place in his heart for his family, especially his three nieces, who cherished every moment spent with their "Uncle Bubba". His family-oriented nature was evident in his work, mowing cemeteries for the City of Smithville. He often spoke of feeling his grandfather's presence during these quiet, reflective moments, a testament to his deep family connections and respect for his roots.
Bradley is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lester & Margie Votaw, aunt- Joyce Ennis, cousin- David Ennis.
Bradley is survived by his mother, Cynthia Votaw, older sister-Crystal Votaw, niece- Michaela Votaw, younger sister- Shelby Guzman, brother-in-law Ubaldo Guzman and his nieces Gabriela and Avori Guzman. A long with countless aunts, uncles and cousins.
