He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Charlotte Culbertson and his maternal grandfather, Elmer Addison.
Survivors include his mother, Rhonda Wells and her husband, Roy; one son, Brenden Dye; one expected daughter, Althea Culbertson; his partner, Sarah Cline; one sister, Shonda Wells; uncle, Bobby Culbertson; nephew, Hadun Culbertson; two feline companions, Albus and Airy; and many friends also survive.
Memorial services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Tuesday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J.J. Owens officiating.
