Brandon Nehring, age 38, of Waupaca, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly, on Friday, November 28, 2025. Most recently, he was living in Green Bay. He was born in Neenah, WI, the oldest of three children to Mark and Annette (Ploetz) Nehring on June 19, 1987.
He built his business BMN Tree Service, from the ground up after becoming a father and worked hard to make it a success, teaching himself everything he needed to know. Most recently, he owned Brown County Tree Service operated out of Green Bay. The mechanical knowledge he learned from his father, Mark, served him well in all of his endeavors.
Most of all, Brandon loved spending time with his son, Adam. Whether it was riding go-karts, fishing, going to car shows and truck pulls, or just spending time playing video games. He was an adrenaline seeker, always looking for his next crazy adventure. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, being in the outdoors, had a passion for health/fitness, and enjoyed reading non-fiction life-enriching books. Brandon loved his dog Cooper and took him everywhere he could. He was the kind of person who would do anything for the family and friends he loved.
He was taken too soon and will be remembered for everything he had to offer the world: smiles, jokes, advice, meaningful conversations, but most importantly, unwavering love. He will be forever missed by everyone whose lives he touched.
Brandon is survived by his parents Mark and Annette Nehring; son Adam Nehring; brother Travis Nehring (Tiffany); sister Jessica Mee (Joshua); nephews Caleb Nehring and Bryson Mee; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Brandon was preceded in death by his grandparents: Daniel and Virginia Driver, Elmer Nehring, Elaine Ploetz; uncles: Tom Nehring and Paul Ploetz, and cousin Nicole Nehring.
A gathering of family and friends for Brandon will be held at the Dahlke Life Celebration Center in Weyauwega on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m., and also at St. John's Lutheran Church, Baldwins Mill (N3882 County Hwy KK, Weyauwega) on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of his memorial service at 10:30 a.m. Rev. Clifford Mast will be officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Weyauwega.
