Brandon Dayshawn Stackhouse, age 42, of Apex, North Carolina, transitioned from this life on Monday, December 1, 2025. Brandon was born on October 20, 1983, in Sanford, NC, and was the beloved son of Sarah Stackhouse and Tommy Stackhouse.
Professionally, Brandon built an exceptional 15-year career in information technology. Most recently, he served as an Information Technology Specialist at NeoGenomics Laboratories and Metlife. Brandon had a presence that could light up any room. He was naturally outgoing, warm, and full of life. Whether at work, among friends, or simply out in the world, Brandon had a gift for connecting with people. Above all else, Brandon had a heart for helping others. If someone was in need-family, friend, coworker, or even someone he barely knew-he showed up without hesitation.
Outside of work, Brandon's greatest pride and deepest joy was being a father. His daughters, Bria and Gabrielle were the light of his life. He cherished them, believed in them, and worked every day to give them a world filled with love, possibility, and security.
Loving and lasting memories are left to be cherished by his loving daughters, Bria and Gabrielle Stackhouse; his mother, Sarah Stackhouse; his father, Tommy Stackhouse; three sisters, Adrienne Cox, Pam Stackhouse, Danielle Stackhouse; two brothers, Tommy "Boone" Stackhouse, Timmy Stackhouse and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.

It's taken me so long to get my words together because I still can't believe you're gone. You will forever be missed but I'm forever grateful of the time we shared. Your laughter, you amazing smile, your silliness and your encouraging words will be greatly missed, oh how I wish this was all a bad dream. Brandon (my 2 Scoops) you may not be here in presence but forever in spirit, I wish I had one last moment with you to tell you how much you are loved but I believe you were able to close your eyes and go to your place of forever peace because you already knew. Rest easy my love until we meet again. Love you.

One of my best friends, he was always laid back, full of charm . He knew how to listen and be there for you. But it was never a dull moment. I am grateful for the memories we have made over the years. A piece of us is missing but oneday we will see you again. Rest easy bro , until then save us a seat with a good view.
