Brandy N. Busz, a loving wife, dedicated mother, and compassionate person, peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Parkview Randallia Hospital in Fort Wayne at the age of 45. She was born on July 12, 1978, in Muncie Indiana to Terri Stump (Pitman) and the late Marlen Waldridge Jr.
Brandy was a graduate of Warsaw High School, class of 1996. After high school, she attended Manchester College. It was there she met her husband, Jeremiah Busz. On April 8, 2000, the two were married in Warsaw. Brandy's proudest accomplishments revolved around her role as a mother. Her unwavering love and commitment to her six children - Ander, Michael, Tahlia, Amberlee, Gabriel, and Brennan - were evident in everything she did.
Known for her vibrant personality and positive outlook on life, Brandy was a beacon of joy to those around her. Her happiness radiated through her infectious smile and warm demeanor. Friends and family often remarked that being in Brandy's presence felt like being embraced by the spirit of Mrs. Claus herself.
Brandy had many hobbies and interests that brought her joy. She was self-taught in knitting and crocheting, and enjoyed creating beautiful baby blankets, hats, and gifts for others. Her skilled hands turned yarn into cherished keepsakes for countless loved ones. Brandy also enjoyed bowling and spending time with her friends and family.
In addition to her immediate family, Brandy leaves behind a wide network of relatives and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts. Her surviving family members include her loving husband, Jeremiah; children, Ander, Michael, Tahlia, Amberlee, Gabriel, and Brennan; mother and step father, Terri and John Stump; siblings, Misty (Tyler) Simerl, Charity (Dustin) Cordill, Marlen (Brenda Reiff) Waldridge III, and Keith Waldridge; step-siblings, John (Becky) Stump Jr., Todd (Dawn) Stump, Tina (Craig) Streby, Louis Stump, and Daleen (Jeff) Mast; grandparents, Leona Russell and Deidra (Bob) Marsh; father and mother in law, DeWayne and Becky Busz; sisters-in-law, Gwenda (Jamie) Stiffler, Echo (Sam) Schafer, and Heidi Busz; and brothers-in-law, Christopher (Shanna) Busz and Andrew (Corie) Busz.
