She was born June 13, 1982 in Livingston, TN to Clifford Phipps and Carol (Brown) Phipps. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Brandy was survived by husband: Jason Pendergrass; (2) daughters: Samantha Fras and Adrionna Pendergrass; (1) son: Jerrold Fras II; (1) grandchild: Jerrold Fras III; (2) sisters: Candy Brown Patterson and Gina Harris; (1) brother: Danny Earl Brown. Also survived by other family members and friends.
Graveside services were held Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM from Reedertown Cemetery with Mitch Brown officiating. The burial was in Reedertown Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were Bryan Goff, Brandon Goff, Pleas Mitchell, Andrew Brown, Jamie Harris and Matthew Brown.
