My heart is broken. So many of our young years were spent together in the Bronx, NY. We did so many fun things together. I enjoyed taking that drive on January 1 every year to upstate NY with Gregory, Jr. and Geoffrey to spend the day with your parents. What did we not do together?! We were "salt and pepper"... Shopping, cooking, listening to you play the piano. Just could not get you go to Yankee Stadium for the games so Greg, Jr. and I went by ourselves. So many memories. I´m so happy that we became friends while working part-time at Sears on Fordham Road and remained friends even after I relocated 3,000 miles to CA. Though our communication became sporadic, we stayed in touch and you kept me up-to-date on the boys´ activities. You were such a good Mother and grandmother! Rest well my dear friend.
