Brenda L. (Brown) Klingler, 70, passed away unexpectedly in Myrtle Beach, SC on Tuesday, July 26th. She was the beloved wife of the late Terry L. Klingler. The couple were married for 30 years until his passing in 2002.
Mrs. Klingler was born on August 9, 1951 in Beaufort, SC and was the daughter of the late Millard Leroy and Wanda Lee (Zimmerman) Brown.
Brenda was a devoted and loving caregiver to children, family and friends. She was a strong-willed woman who was a breast cancer survivor. She loved taking vacations to the beach and spending time with family and friends. Brenda will be always be remembered for her fun, quirky, flirtatious and quick-witted personality, who was the rock for her family and friends. She loved hard and deeply, and she was so loved and will be missed dearly.
She is survived by her daughter, Michelle L. Witman and her husband Jon, of York; sister, Bonnie Ann Brown, of Red Lion; grandchildren, Jon Witman and his fiance' Kirsten Page, Evyn Witman, Cole Witman, Brennan Witman and Emma Waltz; and great grandchildren, Jackson, Kason, Kingston and Lylah. She is also survived by her dear niece Trisha Nordsick, as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and extended family and dear friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joe Brown and a sister, Beverly Winters.
A service to honor Brenda's life will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at The Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc., 104 W. Main St., Dallastown, with Pastor Mark Williams officiating. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday and will begin at 10:00 AM until the start of the service. Interment to follow in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc., to help the family with their unexpected needs at this mournful time.
