Brenda Jane McGinnis of Middletown, New York, passed away on August 26, 2025, with her family by her side. She was 75.
The daughter of the late Miles and Antoinette Earles Custard, she was born on October 10, 1949, in Goshen, New York.
Brenda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, Gregory McGinnis; children Pierson McGinnis Jr. and wife Sharon, and Gina McGinnis; grandchildren Brianna DeFreece, Victoria Smith and fiancé Guillermo Granados, Hailey Arsad and husband Aman, Cassidy Wood and husband Randy, and Pierson McGinnis III; great-granddaughter Olivia Arsad; sister Judith Mabee, nephew Duane Mabee and his wife Joy, and niece Lisa Mabee.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Martinez Morse Funeral Home, 33 Railroad Avenue, Middletown, New York.
Funeral Services will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Orange County Veterans Cemetery, Goshen, New York.
