Brenda McMillan Obituary
Lee, as she was called by most, loved children, helping people, crocheting and recently became a huge fan of local professional wrestling. She was a member of Unaka Baptist Church.
Lee fought hard for three long years after a devastating cancer diagnosis.
She is survived by her children, Blake, Wyatt, Rayne and Kayli; her parents, Wayne and Wanda McMillan; her sister, Christy Taylor and husband Dwayne; her brother, Dusty; her nephew, Ethan Taylor; her niece, Emily Taylor; and several close friends including Becky Molina, Kesha Graves and Sarah MacDonell; and many other family members and friends who loved her dearly.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 14, at Unaka Baptist Church.
Per her request, no flowers please but memorials may be sent in memory of Brenda Lee McMillan to Truett Children's Home, 75 W. Vineyard Lane, Hayesville, NC 28904.
Ivie Funeral Home, Murphy, is in charge of arrangements.
