Mrs. Brenda Sue Moore

Mrs. Brenda Sue Moore, 71, of Ridge Spring, SC, wife of the late Samuel "Sam" Moore, entered into rest on Saturday, July 6, 2024, in the comfort of her home.
A lifelong area resident, she was the daughter of the late James and Margie Padgett Leaphart. She retired from Pepperidge Farm after twenty-five years of service. Brenda was known to keep to her herself. However, she always knew what was going on in the neighborhood. She enjoyed cooking and plants.
Brenda is loved and will be greatly missed by her daughters, Sherry Spears and Melanie Fulmer and her husband, Chris, grandchildren, whom she absolutely adored, Danielle Tilson, Paige Ricard, Tommy Karpinski, Samantha Coursey, Beau Murrell, Keely Wingard and Kira Wingard, as well as eleven great-grandchildren. Also preceding her in death was a son, Danny Jay Tilson.
Friends will be greeted by the family on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, from 6 until 8 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Highway, Graniteville, SC. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at noon in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Brother John Arthur will officiate. Interment will follow in Aiken Memorial Gardens, Aiken, SC. Pallbearers will be Tommy Karpinski, Jeremy Randall, James Whitaker, Wesley Steece, Jesse McGlocklin and Mikey Jeffcoat.
