She was born December 6, 1948, in Giles County, Tennessee, to the late Clayborn and Margaret Holly Creecy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Larry Creecy.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Wayne Phillips; son Jason Lee Phillips, Sr.; grandchildren Hunter Phillips and Jason Lee Phillips, II; sisters, Barbara Creecy and Connie Kimbro both of Pulaski; brother Don Creecy of Pulaski.
Brenda was known in Lewisburg as a skilled upholsterer having reupholstered many treasured items for local families. She also worked at Teledyne Technologies prior to beginning her upholstery business. She was a great cook and enjoyed cooking for her family and friends.
Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at London Funeral Home, 324 W. Church Street, Lewisburg, TN.
Graveside Service will be conducted on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 11:30 am at Palmetto Cemetery with Leslie Shadrick officiating.
