Brenda "Gail" Douglas Romines - Oak Ridge, TN. Gail was born July 29, 1965, in Sevierville, Tennessee to Charles "Poppy" and Marguerite "Granny" Douglas. She passed away at her home in Oak Ridge, Tennessee on January 24, 2026.

Gail lived most of her life in Sevier County. She had most recently served those in the battle of addiction as a peer support specialist.

In addition to her parents, Gail is preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Brett Ownby.

Gail leaves behind her husband of forty-five years, Dwain Romines, and their two children, Stephanie Denise and Daniel Edward. Additional family members include Daniel's wife Laura, and their children Amicia and JD; siblings Mickey Blackman, Milly Douglas, Libby Hyrtle, Charles "Beaver" Douglas; sister-in-law Debbie Ownby; extended family members David Lewis, Evan Blackman, Conner & Jessica Blackman, Chayce Blackman, Josh Douglas, Lee Douglas, Ayla Henderson, Dylan Lewis, Jacob Lewis; and many other family members and friends who loved her dearly.

Gail's wishes for cremation have been honored and a memorial to celebrate her life will be held 5-7pm Friday, February 20, 2026, at Atchley Funeral Home in Sevierville, TN.
