Brenda Kay (Scalf) Spaw, 68, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at her residence.
Brenda, also known as Boop Tucky & Fred's Mom, was born on September 30, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Walter Allan & Gladys (Whitaker) Scalf. She was loyal to Amvets post #125 where she was a member of the Lady's Auxillary. Brenda loved her many friends and valued each of their friendships dearly.
She is survived by her son, Josuha (Kelly) Prater; her brother, Randy Scalf; grandchildren, Bryceton, Kyndal (Andrew), Alayna, and Rayanna; and great-grandchildren, Jaylen, Kiyah, and Sage.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Rayford Elmond Scalf; and her sister, Diane Overberg.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
