Brenda Stinson, born December 5, 1957, to Ephraim and Carol Jordan in Enid, Oklahoma. She passed away on August 19, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. She lived a life full of family and laughter—always happiest when she was with those she loved.
Brenda attended McKinley Elementary School, East Junior High, and Ponca City High School, later proudly earning her G.E.D. in Ponca City. She worked for many years at the Dr. Pepper Plant and completed her career at Albertsons Warehouse as an overnight stocker. Brenda took great pride in her work and in the friendships she built along the way.
In 1995, Brenda married the love of her life, Roger Stinson, at the Tumbleweeds Car Show in Arkansas City, KS. To Brenda, car shows were more than just a pastime; they felt like family reunions, bringing together her favorite things: classic cars and cherished moments with loved ones. She also had a love for The Wizard of Oz and Campbell Soup collectibles, proudly sharing her treasures with family and friends.
Brenda’s warmth and humor touched every corner of family life. She had a spirited love for board and card games. She thrived on friendly competition with her children and grandchildren, never letting them win without a challenge. She loved teasing, strategizing, and sharing laughter with her family. Her quick wit and mischievous smile could turn even the simplest game into an unforgettable memory.
As her mobility changed, Brenda embraced an electric wheelchair with grace and good humor, and one of her greatest joys was giving rides to her great-grandchild—moments her family will always cherish.
Brenda will be missed by all who knew her. Her legacy is one of love, laughter, and togetherness. She will be remembered for her warmth, humor, and strength.
She is survived by her husband, Roger of Marland, OK; her sons, Jeremy Bryer and wife Misty of Bartlesville, OK, and Danny Bryer of Marland, OK; her grandchildren Austin Bryer and wife Kendra, Savannah Campbell and husband Coltin, Preston Bryer, Jordan Bryer and wife Gabbie, and Mia Bryer and fiancé Aidan; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
