Brennan Jay Hoyt, 25, of Goffstown, NH, passed away at Catholic Medical Center on April 26, 2024. Born in Manchester, NH on October 14, 1998, he was a son of Cindy (Longval) Hoyt-Mailhot and Dennis Hoyt.
Brennan was a remarkable young man. He was the type of person that viewed life as a glass half full. He enjoyed being with his family, friends, and taking care of his mother, Cindy Hoyt-Mailhot. He also enjoyed many other activities ranging from target practice, doing crafts, boating, spending time with his dog and cats, and genuinely just being outside. Brennan took pride in making sure all his family and friends knew how important they were to him. He was always there to lend a hand or give you a big hug. He was a hard worker and very goal oriented. His future dreams consisted of becoming a lineman and starting a family of his own. Brennan also enjoyed being unique in his attire; if you saw him outside of the house, you knew this man was going to be wearing his cowboy hat and boots. Brennan was the definition of a true gentleman, and he will be deeply missed.
Brennan is survived by his mother and stepfather, Cindy Hoyt-Mailhot and Greg Mailhot; his brother, Hunter Hoyt and his partner Madison Dashnaw; his maternal grandfather, Normand Longval; his paternal grandfather, Wayne Hoyt; his godparents, Kenneth and Cheryl Dionne; his great aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Gerard Laurendeau; his cousins, Savannah and Coty Hoyt, Carley and Joseph Songen, Colby, Makenna and Travis Garcia, Cameron Rivard, Jacob Menczywor, Megan Menczywor-St. Cyr, and Courtney Menczywor-Crampton; as well as many aunts, uncles, extended family members and friends.
Brennan was predeceased by his father, Dennis Hoyt; his paternal grandmother, Valerie Hoyt; his paternal great-grandparents, Robert and Evelyn Hoyt; and his maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edmour Longval.
