I remember Dr.Cason from my years as a new OR nurse at the SF VA. He was such a great leader and caregiver always thoughtful and kind toward all the staff and patients. I´m just hearing now about his passing and am really saddened and shocked since he was not that old. So sorry for his passing and your loss of such a wonderful talented man.
He did make a big difference in many lives including mine.

Brian was in my medical school class and residency group. He was a great doctor and a wonderful and kind person. The world will miss his medicine, his teaching, and his music.

Brian was a wonderful colleague and a brilliant practitioner. I had the pleasure of working with him at SFVAMC for 8 years. I always knew I could count on him for support anytime a difficult situation arose. He will be missed by many. My heartfelt condolences to his wife Kathy. You brought joy and happiness to his life, a ray of sunshine to his soul. I am truly sorry for your loss.

I remember Brian so well from his days as a medical student and medical resident at Stanford. He was a star and I was ecstatic when he elected to further his education in Anesthesiology. He was a superb clinician and most compassionate physician. He will be missed by so many who had the fortune to interact with him.
