I am heart broken to hear the news. Brian was probably the kindest and man I have known. I knew Brian in his "Surfboards by Don" days and spent many a day in the laminating room watching him effortlessly creating beautiful boards with the patience of a saint! You are missed.

This man was a Lion.
Unbeknownst amidst the seasonal tidal wash of tourism, we've quietly lost an incredible man.
Honorable, immensely skilled, gracious, and kind Brian was a teacher of craft to so many.
I'm so grateful to have worked with him as a young man, and to have had time together in this life.
I'm so saddened at the news of his passing. I shall pray that Debbie, and his family as well all of us that knew and loved him find great comforts in our memories of and with him.
May he rest in peace. He'll not be forgotten but he will surely be missed.
