I was so sorry to hear of Brian's passing. It was an honor and pleasure for my wife and I to get to know Brian and Lynn on the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association European cheese technical tours. Brian was really a good guy, and did so much for the cheese industry through his work at Welcome Dairy and through the WCMA cheese contests. Our hearts go out to Lynn and the Eggebrecht family. Brian will be greatly missed.
