Brian Follmer Obituary
Age 59, of Big Lake.
Passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023, two days short of his 60th birthday.
He was preceded in death by his father Richard Follmer, and beloved son Aaron Follmer.
Surviving are his mother JoAnn Follmer; loving wife of 33 years, Anne (Harwarth); adored children Austin, Kali (fiancé Elliot Cornelius), and Hanna Follmer; his 3-year old granddaughter, Everleigh Follmer, who was the twinkle of Papa's eye; sister Kim Follmer; sister-in-law Amy Kvilhaug; nephews Caleb, and Samuel Kvilhaug; mother-and father-in-law Robert and Marie Harwarth; and many other relatives and friends.
Brian was hardworking, family-oriented, and so very giving of himself. He was the most supportive husband, dad, and papa you could ever ask for. He was a "Dad" to many more children than his own. He was also the "World's Greatest Papa" and an all-around great guy and friend to many. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service in honor of Brian will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at 12PM with visitation 1 hour prior to service at Dare's Funeral Home, 805 Main Street, Elk River. 763-441-1212,
