It was only this Evening that I learned of Brian's Passing. He was a Wonderful Guy, who was a gifted Story Teller. He would call to chat as he made his way around the Country, and always made me laugh.
I Miss him Dearly.
May His Soul Rest in Peace.

I met the Green family at an MX track when the brothers were racing and the parents spectating. Both Mike and Brian were good riders. I believe it was at the 1972 Puyallup TransAM that Brian's mother translated a conversation with Heikki Mikkola we got to have with him after he won that day. Brian and his brother Mike were great kids from a wonderful family and is how I remember them.

I walked into math class in 10th grade and sat between Dan West, Jamie Anderson and Brian - why did I think that was a good idea? It was during that class that Brian became my friend. He loved life, to have fun, to enjoy music (the Dead!!), and I loved his wit and sense of humor. Brian was always a fun time - whether it was hanging out in the woods or scary times on the back of the clown bike....I will miss you Brian. Love, Denise

With a heavy heart, I heard of his passing today.
Brian and I became lifelong freinds in the 7th grade--with names "Green" and "Graham" we were in the same roll call classes. Brian earned the name "Bobo" from Mr. Burque, the JR High PE Teacher, and it was a reference to the famous Seattle gorilla...Bobo.
Brian was the big kid, defensive lineman, and shined brightest as the heavyweight wrestler throughout school. He was very formidable. Nobody messed with Bo, but nobody had a reason to, he was a genuinely nice guy.
Brian was a the first to get a driver's license and unlike every one else he had a car. A Datsun 411. That car found its way into incredibly remote wooded locations to enable its occupants to engage in activities not endorsed by those in-charge. He drove everywhere, and often. His truck driving career was well suited to his experience. I can only imagine the millions of miles he drove in his life.
Motorcycles were a big part of Bo. For awhile he was buying every new super bike as they came out. Bo used to tell about him showing up at a biker bar with dozens of Harleys out front. Bo and a biker were talking bikes when the guy tried to guess what bike belonged to Bo. Bo LOOKED like a Harley rider. The guy guessed and guessed until no more Harley guesses remained, and then the guy looked shocked. "NO!........no way". Bo smiled and said "yep, the Kawasaki is mine". He enjoyed that....sometimes at 160+mph.
Thank you Bo. Thank you for the freindship, the good times (many), and trouble (seldom), that we found ourselves in.
Ride in peace.
Greg, or as Bo would call me....Grumly.

We will miss our Uncle Bo Bo very much and miss his wonderful voice on the other end of the line. I look forward to visiting with many of his friends during a memorial get together planned in March. Vicki Murphy
