He was a cop´s chief ! You knew where he stood and it was with the men and women of the Cherry Hill Police Department. This year Cherry Hill lost two of the best damned Police Chiefs that ever served the township, Brian Malloy and Bob Tonczyczyn! May they rest in peace while continuing their service
