MULLER, Brian Reid, 70, of Ashland, formerly of San Francisco, passed away quietly in his home on Thursday, May 20, 2010 with his loving friends, John and Judy Tuck and Karen Tefelski by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Ruth Williams Muller. He is survived by his stepmother, Honor Moore Muller of Carmel, California; and a special cousin, Pat Thomas of Yuma, Arizona. Brian received his BA from Stanford University, his master's from the University of Chicago and his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He taught Political Science and Foreign Policy at UC Davis and UCLA. Upon retiring from teaching, he worked for the March of Dimes, and then as the Western Area Manager, he was a Financial Planner for the American Red Cross. He transferred to the East Coast as a Planned Giving Officer for the American Red Cross before retiring in 1996. Brian touched our lives in so many ways. Memorial services to be announced. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to the American Red Cross.
